Your $300.00 Team entrance fee ($100 a man) includes golf with cart, hot dog lunch, mostociolli & salad for dinner.

Teams will be paired with another team by blind draw. Limited to the first 40 teams
to register. Deadline to resgister is August 19th 2010. Entrance fee must be paid in full
at the time of registration. Optional skins game will be collected the day of. For further
